摘要

近年来众多玉米须茶饮产品不断涌入公众视野,有必要对玉米须茶饮产品了解情况与需求情况进行了解。本研究基于线上调研方式,分析当前公众对玉米须茶饮产品的认知与消费需求情况。54.00%的公众听过玉米须茶饮,61.96%的公众不了解其功效,且86.93%并未购买过。对于未购买过的公众来说,其希望玉米须茶饮物美价廉,更偏向于浅黄色、浅紫色和深黄色的产品。对于购买过的公众来说,主要通过线上线下结合的方式进行购买,且购买散装产品的人群占64.71%。大多公众喜欢以玉米须为主,以决明子、山楂、菊花、枸杞、金银花等配料为辅的廉价高质量复合型茶饮,在功效方面更关注降血糖、降血压和降血脂等,同时也注重产品的安全性和色香味形等。

Abstract

In recent years, many products of corn silk tea have continued to pour into the public eye, however, the public's cognition and demand for corn silk tea is relatively little.Based on online questionnaire, the current study analyzed the cognition and consumption demand for corn whisker tea of the public. The results showed that 54% of investigators had heard corn silk tea, however, 61.96% did not understand its efficacy, and 86.93% had not purchased it. For the unpurchased public, they hope that corn silk tea will be affordable with light yellow, light purple and dark yellow. For the public who have purchased, they mainly bought through a combination of online and offline, and 64.71% of them bought bulk products of corn silk. More people like the cheap and high-quality compound tea based on corn silk with other ingredients, e.g., cassia seeds, hawthorn, chrysanthemums, wolfberry, honeysuckle, and who pay more attention to the efficacy of decreasing blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipids as well as the safety and color and flavor.
